Macramé is often used as a decorative wall object without any
utility. The addition of a functional element to the aesthetics of
macramé makes this shelf both a pleasing element of a living space,
and a useful storage option.
This shelf was designed with minimalism in mind, relying solely on a
wooden shelf and dowel, both coloured blue by the Atmospheric wood
treatment, and a white woven macramé suspension system.
