Upcycled chess table

This table was restored from a discarded aluminium table frame. The missing top was replaced with a macramé weave in a checkered pattern resembling a chess table. Both top and frame were treated to to withstand time.

With the outstanding mustard colour of the woven top and muted anthracite shade of the aluminium base, the Restored chess table can be a sunny addition to your living space or garden.

Giving second life to discarded furniture, and especially enhancing them with materials and design to improve them far beyond what they were initially produced to be, is an incredible feeling and a main motivator for my furniture in 2020.

The special waterproofing and anti-rust treatment allows this table to be used as garden or balcony furniture and survive even the most testing weather conditions.
